Welcome Coach Diana!

We have all grown to love Coach Diana over past couple of years. Now, she will be joining our team full-time beginning Monday, January 18th. In addition to coaching and personal training, Diana is our new Membership Director. Along with Katie, Chris, and Yav, she will be helping you get the most from your membership at CFB. Congratulate her next time you see her – and here’s some fun facts about Coach Diana!

Year she started CrossFit: 2014
Favorite CrossFit Movement: Handstand Pushups
How she got into fitness/CrossFit: I got into fitness because I was overweight growing up and fitness taught me that I could feel good in my body and do cool things with it.
Favorite ‘cheat’ meal: Delish burger and fries! Or donuts. 🙂
Coaching Philosophy: “Odds are you can complete the task in front of you, you just don’t know it yet. My job is to show you that you can.”
Training Goal: Train hard to see what she is capable of and make it to a sanctional event.
