The next block of our Youth Athlete program will begin on Saturday, February 6th. This program will run on Saturdays, from 1-2pm. Our Winter 2021 Block will be eight sessions, with the final session expected to be on March 27th (the date of the final session is subject to change, pending cancelations for snow, etc).
Youth Athlete is intended to provide a space for ages 8-16 to develop strength, fitness, and athleticism, in an environment with their peers. We introduce fundamental movement patterns and skills in a format that is both fun and challenging.
