Summer is coming to an end. That means it’s back to fitness time! To get you in gear, we have two skill development workshops coming up, in August and September.

Rope Climb Workshop – Starting in September, we’ll be reintroducing Rope Climbs as a regular part of our programming. For new members, who may not have done Rope Climbs before, or older members who’d like a refresher, we’ll be doing a 90 minute workshop on Sunday, August 14th, from 1-2:30pm. Spend and afternoon learning proper climbing technique and progressions, then finish the day with a fun workout, using what you’ve learned. All are welcome. Rowing Workshop – Making improvements to your rowing stroke can pay big dividends in workouts. Come to our Rowing Workshop on Sunday, September 19th, from 1-2:30pm, and learn how to increase your power and efficiency on the rower. At the end of the workshop, you’ll get a chance to test your skills on a classic rowing benchmark. All are welcome. Registration is $20 for members, $30 for non members. Sign up here!
