Well, if you’re one of our members who have difficulty in overhead movements, or upside down movements, this workshop is for you! Dr. Hiza is a long time friend and PT of Raymond. He has been working with Ray to help him get to where he is today on his fitness journey! He has also helped me (Diana) with quite a bit of hip and glute work which I’ve shared with many of you!
Dr. Hiza isn’t like your typical PT. He prefers a more positive approach to things. We decided to put together this workshop for all of you to walk away feeling good about making some simple improvements that will have a HUGE impact on your fitness. Don’t expect to come and sit for an hour. We will be moving and likely sweating the entire time!
Just to give you an idea, he will be discussing solutions regarding tightness, mobility changes, and training consideration when there’s pain involved. This workshop is for anyone of ANY fitness level whether it be novice, intermediate, or advanced. We are never too advanced to learn new approaches on how to take care of our bodies and make our movement more efficient. You won’t walk away feeling broken, but rather more equipped!
Once we are done learning and practicing some great exercises to break through those fitness plateaus, we will finish up with a WOD to put our findings to the test!
