It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The Open is here! YAY!
This month we will begin our open week structure! Technique/Aerobic Thursdays are back to prime for Friday Open WODs! Let’s dial in all aspects of our fitness and skills that will most likely be tested! For the first weeks prior to the Open beginning on February 16th, each Friday we will do a past Open WOD to start working on those engines and prep our bodies for those Open test days!
We have made sure to program specific movements that have come out in previous Opens and specific limiters such as Bar/Ring Muscle ups and strict handstand push ups to be as prepared as possible for those movements if they present themselves this season.
