This month of April we will be increasing the class time from one hour to mandatory three hours as we prepare for the CrossFit Semifinals and Games! Just kidding.
This month we will start introducing new movements such as sandbag cleans and continue to work on our paused squats to build that capacity. We will be doing a lot more overhead squat work to help us build strength in the bottom of a snatch and that overhead position, so make sure you are focusing on your overhead mobility!
Instead of working heavy snatches for our strength we will be hitting heavy overhead squats and see lighter snatches in metcons. We will continue to hit some 40 min EMOMs each week and hopefully start getting outside to run more with the weather warming up.
