This week we have a few changes to the strength cycle to keep things fun. We are maintaining the same stimulus, targeted muscles, and intention with the movements, but you will notice a few changes to what you may (or may not!) recall seeing over the past 2 months. This is the last month with this cycle and things will be changing in April. If you are feeling more confident with the movements, bump up the weight! As always, if you feel unsure with the movements, you’re newer to CrossFit, or just not feeling it on any given day, scale it down a bit and talk to the coaches!

Saturday 4/25 @ CrossFit Germantown
Grab 2 friends to form a team (either MMF or MFF) for the 2020 MoCo Throwdown! The event will be April 25th at CrossFit Germantown hosted by the Montgomery County Affiliate Association. Come and show off your skills and strength!

Memorial Day Ruck to Remember
