We are just a few weeks away from the CrossFit Open, so be ready to see some old Open workouts in the mix. All Friday classes during the Open will be the Open workout, and our CFB Open schedule will be announced soon – stay tuned!
This week, we will continue with our strength cycle working on your core and shoulder stability and squatting strength. Talk to the coaches if you are having any trouble with movements or have questions about the cycle and we’ll see you in the gym!
