This is our LAST week with this schedule – please adjust your schedule starting Tuesday, September 3rd – the new schedule is attached. Given this is our last week of this strength cycle, we have some 3RM back squats, so try to get in for one of those days!
Monday, September 2nd (Labor Day), we will be doing Bradshaw with waves starting at 7:30am, 9am, and 10:30am – please sign up ahead of time.
Lastly – our CFB Homecoming workout/brunch is next Saturday from 8-11am with heats every 30 minutes starting at 8am. Sign up, and we hope to see everyone there!
