2 weeks left of this strength cycle – so let’s get some more GANIZ! There are some longer metcons this week, so be sure to respect your body and scale up or down to get the most out of the days.
Following this strength cycle, our class structure and schedule will be changing to 60 minute classes. Please see the attached schedule – and if you’re curious take a peak at our class format.

Saturday September 7th – 8am-11am
Homecoming Workout & Brunch
Workout heats will be every 30 minutes (you MUST sign up!!) starting at 8am. Following (or before!) your workout grab some coffee from the coffee bar, a mimosa, brunch snacks, play some (indoor) yard games, buy some neww CFB swag, take part in a group yoga/cool down at 10am, hang out with your fellow workout buddies and stay for some fun awards presented at 10:30am.
Sat/Sun Sept 7-8, 12-3pm at Tough Temple
Come and work on your Olympic lifts (and join barbell club?!) with Coach John Weeks. In this 2-day (registion required) event, we will cover all of the finer points of lifting. You never knew how sore you can get with an empty bar – and did we mention we often see a lot of PR’s at the end of the sessions?
Fridays – October 10 – November 10
The CrossFit Open
We don’t have all of the details worked out yet, but mark off Friday evenings on your calendar for some Friday Night Lights fun! Of course we realize we already had an Open in the spring of this year, but with the changes to the Games format, this is the only year you get 2 Opens in 1 year!!!
