New strength cycle starting this week! Remember to expect a little more instruction this week to get you going with the new sequences. We are working with some longer rep sequences this cycle to focus on hypertrophy. While your weights will be much less than our 1, 3, or 5 reps sets, you can expect to see some real strength gains. Start with light to moderate weights and progress from there and reach out to the coaches if you have any questions or trouble.
