2019 Week 29

One more week of maxes! That means this is the last week of this strength cycle, and we have a new one starting next week! Try to make it in to get your max lifts. If you come on a day that you already have maxed out last week, talk to the Coach before class and generally it will be okay for you to max out a different lift. Happy lifting!!
