It’s time to max! We are reaching the end of this strength cycle, so we are maxing out our lifts this week and next week. Try to make it for as many as possible (and don’t skip the run!) so we can use the numbers for our next and future strength cycles.
If you’re newer to the gym, talk to the coaches as maxing out lifts is generally not advisable until you have a few months or more under your belt. If you have any mobility trouble with any of the lifts, talk to the coaches so we can modify the movements for you so you can receive the benefit without the risk.
