2019 Week 25

A great week of workouts coming up! We continue to work on general fitness and strength with a focus on form and quality lifts. Remember – it’s not about how much you can lift but your ability to do it while maintaining good form. Find your positions with a light weight and only add weight to challenge the positions to find where you can continue to improve.

In addition to the lifting, there is some running interval this week and some running mixed in with the workouts. Did you know that the most programmed workout on the CrossFit main site is a 5k run? Running is great – for all of us – so don’t miss those days!

We are also holding our first ever 4 heros for the 4th series of workouts next week at CFB and Lake Needwood. The gym is closed on Thrusday July 4th, and our WOD will be ‘Cody’ at Lake Needwood in honor of Cody Iorns, who used to workout with us at CFB.

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we will have hero workouts at CFB at 8am, 9am, and 10am. Those will be the only classes on July 5, 6th, and 7th. Friday is Hotshots 19, Saturday is Zeus, and Sunday is The Seven. Challenge yourself! Details here and on Wodify!
