Pushing ahead with the new strength cycle. More barbells, and it’s time to see some results of all of the unilateral stability work we’ve been doing.
This weekend, we have the MoCo Throwdown. All classes will be on a normal schedule at CFB. If you can come and help us out at the Throwdown, we are looking for a few more people to help judge, work the entry table, and a few other odd jobs. We need people from 8am until 5pm. If you want to spend the day with us, let me know! Otherwise, we can use help with shorter shifts:
