Weekend Schedule Changes June 19th

We’ve noticed the growth of our weekend classes and we want to be sure there is enough room for all of you!

Starting June 19th, Saturdays and Sundays will have 3 CrossFit classes at 7:30am, 8:45am, and 10am.

Just like always, plan for an hour long class to allow for cleaning and cooldown and we will shoot for classes to be between 45 and 55 minutes. Be sure to sign into Wodify at least 30 minutes before class and cancel at least 60 minutes before class (to avoid any no-show fees) in the case that plans change!
