**Get Ready for an Exciting December at CrossFit Bethesda!**

As the year draws to a close, we at CrossFit Bethesda are thrilled to announce our dynamic December programming, designed to help you finish the year stronger than ever! Our focus this month continues on refining and progressing in two key movements: the sumo deadlift and push press. These foundational exercises are crucial in building your strength and refining technique, while also improving our hip mobility.

But that’s not all – December brings a thrilling challenge as we prepare to max out the CrossFit “Other Total” before the year ends. On December 30th we will max out our clean, bench press and overhead squat. This is the perfect opportunity to test your strength before we start setting new goals for the new year.

We’re also going to be repeating workouts we’ve done over the past few months to measure your progress and witness firsthand the improvements in your performance. Whether you’re lifting heavier, moving faster, or feeling more confident, these repeat workouts will be a testament to your hard work and dedication.

And of course, it wouldn’t be December without some festive fun! Get ready for our “8 Crazy Nights” Hanukkah WOD on December 8th and our white elephant style Christmas Eve WOD, a community favorite we’re bringing back from two years ago. These special workouts are a fantastic way to celebrate the holiday season with your CrossFit family, full of surprises and cheer.

So, lace up your sneakers and get ready for an action-packed month at CrossFit Bethesda. We can’t wait to see you in the gym, pushing past your boundaries, and ending the year on a high note!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
