2019 Week 32

Week 3 of the cycle! As you feel more comfortable with the movements, try to increase your weight but maintain your control. For the strength work this week – be sure to keep moving through the lifts. These workouts can be easy if you take your time between sets, but keep your rest to a minimum unless otherwise directed. We have some good metcons this week , so listen to your body and give it a little push if you’re feeling good!
