2019 Week 3 Workouts

The CrossFit Open is coming soon, and we are working to get you ready for anything thrown at us! Registration is already open, so sign up! Never heard of the Open – take a look at the link above and ask your coaches and fellow athletes about it!

Our pgoramming over the next few weeks is designed to get you ready for those things we know will be there – like double unders, pullups, muscle ups, snatches, and lots of dumbbells (we think). Here is a link to this weeks programming – and we encourage and challenge you to come for the classes to practice the skills that are challenging to you – there is always room for improvement no matter your level!
