Week 2 of this strength cycle! You’ll start to recognize the workouts and we want you to focus on your technique and gaining stability in your movements. Just a reminder, the programming is written to come for one class and occasionally stay for a second – your body and time permitting! If you feel worn out after a workout, don’t be afraid to call it a day or head to the back for some extra stretching, easy rowing, or to work on your weaknesses.
