Get ready for our new schedule and new strength cycle! With the Open just around the corner, our Power (think strength) & Precision (think skill) classes are focused on pull-up and muscle-up progressions, hit stability and single-legged squats, Olympic lifting, front squats, and more. Performance (think metcon) classes are designed to get your engine prepared for those killer Open workouts, so come rested! We strongly encourage you to attend 1 class daily, 3-6 times per week, with a mix of Power & Precision and Performance classes throughout the week.
