On March 7th, from 1-2:30pm. Learn everything there is to know about the Snatch. We will go through a full battery of mobility and warm-ups, to properly prepare your body for the movement. Learn and practice all of the component and accessory movements of the Snatch, so you understand how they fit into and help you improve the larger movement. At the end, we’ll play with some weight, and see if we can drop some big stinky PRs.
