Here is some bio information about her:

What got you into CrossFit: I grew up an athlete and was a college soccer player. After I had my kids, I realized how much I missed competing. I got into functional fitness and eventually CrossFit. I’ve never looked back! I wasn’t sure that I wanted to coach. I knew that I wanted to learn more about CrossFit. An opportunity opened up for me to coach and I took a leap.

Coaching style: I have no idea! Are their styles? Not a style but I have a particular interest in helping women move better and gain confidence through strength. 
From Coach Diana: Aubrey is a wonderful coach. She put’s a lot of effort into coaching her class. She arrives early just to set up for class and ensure everything is ready and organized. She leads the class through a very thoughtful warm up and walks around to ensure proper form is being met. She is very focused on quality of movement and extremely patient when explaining things so members truly understand it. I’d say she has a guided approach, not pushy, but encouraging. She also gets so excited for member personal bests and you can really see the glow in her eyes when someone accomplishes something new. Overall, she’s just a fantastic coach!

What is one thing you bring to your classes that makes them unique/special: I have a particular interest in helping women move better and gain confidence through strength and fitness. I take pride in my equipment setup and planning. lol I don’t know…music?

Fitness Goals/Accomplishments: My goal is to to keep doing CrossFit. My favorite accomplishments were competing on an Intermediate Team at WZA and winning Vekter Games with Coach Stephen.  

Work/Hobbies: I am a mom of 3 girls (their sports keep me busy!) and a Senior Clinical Research Associate with the National Human Genome Research Institute at NIH. I have no time to CrossFit but who does!? 

Fun Facts: I really like burpees! I did 100 burpees a day for a year during the pandemic; my favorite band is Pearl Jam; and I have three little girls!

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
