If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, this is it. With each hour long class, you will find yourself being challenged in new and different ways. Membership rates vary based upon length of commitment.
Before taking CrossFit classes, all participants must complete our Foundations instructional program. Individuals with at least 6 months of prior CrossFit instruction may attempt to bypass the Foundations program by completing a Test In with one of our Senior Instructors.
